Job Description : 

We are seeking a skilled Lab Technician with experience in Biochemistry and Hematology to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting laboratory tests related to biochemistry and hematology, analyzing the results, and maintaining accurate records. The Lab Technician will work under the supervision of the Laboratory Manager and will be responsible for the following:

1. Collecting and analyzing blood and other bodily fluid samples for biochemistry and hematology tests
2. Operating and maintaining laboratory equipment and instruments used in biochemistry and hematology
3. Preparing and testing various reagents used in biochemistry and hematology
4. Maintaining laboratory records and documentation
5. Following safety procedures and maintaining a clean laboratory environment
6. Providing technical support and assistance to other laboratory staff
7. Participating in quality control and quality assurance programs

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field
2. 1-2 years of experience in biochemistry and hematology
3. Knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and procedures
4. Familiarity with laboratory equipment and instruments used in biochemistry and hematology
5. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other related software

Job Description:
Modern Diagnostic & Research Center is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Excecutive to handle patient queries, appointment booking, test information, and service-related support with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to patient inquiries
• Provide accurate information about tests, appointments, reports, and services
• Maintain call logs and update CRM systems
• Coordinate with internal departments for patient support
• Handle Chats over social media
• Ensure excellent customer service and prompt issue resolution

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 0-2 year experience in customer service / call center preferred
• Past Diagnostic Customer care experience is preferred
• Good communication skills in Hindi & English
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM usage preferred)
• Ability to handle patient queries with patience and clarity
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Key Responsibilities:

• Design creatives for social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create promotional videos, reels, and motion graphics
• Design brochures, flyers, banners, standees, posters, and branding materials
• Develop patient awareness creative related to health packages & diagnostic services
• Use AI tools for design enhancement, background removal, content generation, and video editing
• Edit videos and add motion graphics for digital campaigns
• Plan, schedule, and post content on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram)
• Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager (preferred)
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital and offline platforms
• Coordinate with marketing team for campaign planning and execution
