Qualification:
MD / DMRD / DMRE in Radiodiagnosis

Key Responsibilities:

• Packing of laboratory samples, reagents, and consumables properly

• Ensure safe handling and labeling of materials

• Maintain inward & outward register entries

• Update stock records daily

• Prepare dispatch entries and courier details

• Maintain proper documentation of stock movement

• Support store and lab team as required

• Ensure cleanliness and organized storage area

Job Description : 

We are seeking a skilled Lab Technician with experience in Biochemistry and Hematology to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting laboratory tests related to biochemistry and hematology, analyzing the results, and maintaining accurate records. The Lab Technician will work under the supervision of the Laboratory Manager and will be responsible for the following:

1. Collecting and analyzing blood and other bodily fluid samples for biochemistry and hematology tests
2. Operating and maintaining laboratory equipment and instruments used in biochemistry and hematology
3. Preparing and testing various reagents used in biochemistry and hematology
4. Maintaining laboratory records and documentation
5. Following safety procedures and maintaining a clean laboratory environment
6. Providing technical support and assistance to other laboratory staff
7. Participating in quality control and quality assurance programs

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field
2. 1-2 years of experience in biochemistry and hematology
3. Knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and procedures
4. Familiarity with laboratory equipment and instruments used in biochemistry and hematology
5. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other related software

Corporate Sales Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Corporate Sales Executive to join the Modern Diagnostic & Research Centre Limited team. The role focuses on acquiring and managing corporate clients, building long-term partnerships, and driving revenue through employee health programs and diagnostic services.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and approach corporate companies.
* Connect with HR, Admin, and Procurement teams to onboard corporate clients
* Promote corporate health check-ups, annual health packages, and diagnostic services
* Develop customised proposals and close corporate deals
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients
* Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
* Conduct corporate presentations, health camps, and wellness activities
* Coordinate with operations for the smooth execution of corporate services
* Maintain client database, follow-ups, and reporting

Requirements

* Graduate/MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development
* 2–3 years of experience in Corporate/B2B Sales (Healthcare/Diagnostics preferred)
* Strong corporate networking and client acquisition skills
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
* Target-oriented with a proactive approach
* Willingness to travel for corporate meetings
